I got pulled over, and he says,
"You were going 11 MPH over the speed limit."
I nod.

and i thought YES. I KNOW. THAT IS WHY YOU AND I ARE HERE LIKE ME ARE. THANKS.
but i nodded.

I didn't quite get close enough to smell him, but I would guess he smelled foul.
